Clive Marjoram Associates, Chartered Building Surveyors were established in 1992 in London and have since opened a second office in Yorkshire, to provide nationwide coverage for a number of clients, particularly retail organisations, who have outlets across the country.
These offices enable Clive Marjoram Associates to provide an immediate response to instructions throughout England, Wales and southern Scotland, although we have also undertaken surveys and construction monitoring in Europe and in southern Ireland.
Clive Marjoram BSc, MRICS has been a practising Chartered Building Surveyor since March 1987 and has experience in all types of commercial, industrial and residential property, having first qualified with a major practice of building surveyors and architects in central London. Clive Marjoram has also worked for a major property developer and therefore has an insight into the needs of both property owners and occupiers, which allows a greater understanding of the requirements of Landlords and Tenants and Householders in any given situation.
